Relocation Strategy & Area Selection
Every relocation begins with listening. We take time to understand your routines, priorities, family needs, and long-term plans — identifying neighbourhoods that truly feel right for you.
Property Search & Negotiation
Finding the right home is both practical and personal. With thoughtful curation and careful negotiation, we help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Transition & Settlement Support
From inspections to closing day, each detail is handled with care — ensuring your transition feels smooth, well-supported, and never rushed.
A successful relocation isn’t just about where you live — it’s about how you feel when you arrive.
How fees work in Ontario
If you’re relocating from another country, you may be used to paying agent fees directly as a buyer or renter. It’s a common - and important - question.
In Ontario, residential real estate is structured differently. Commissions for purchases and leases are typically paid by the seller or landlord and shared between brokerages.
That means as a buyer or tenant, you receive full professional representation at no additional cost to you. If you’d ever like clarity on how this works, I’m always happy to walk you through the process clearly and transparently.
I Know What It Means to Begin Again
Relocation has shaped my life long before it became my profession.
At 23, shortly after graduating from university, I left Lithuania — my home, my language, and everything familiar — and moved to Dubai.
It was exciting, but also challenging. Everything was new — the culture, the work environment, the daily rhythm of life. I had to adapt quickly and grow into that change.
I spent 15 years there, building my career, adapting to a new culture, and slowly creating a life that felt my own.
When that chapter came to a close, I made another significant move — this time to Toronto.
Another country.
Another system.
Another beginning.
Relocating as a young professional is one experience. Relocating with family is something deeper. The decisions carry more weight. The questions become more layered. You’re not only thinking about opportunity — you’re thinking about stability, schools, community, and what “home” will feel like.
I know what it means to start over — more than once.
That lived experience shapes how I guide others today.
Relocation isn’t simply about securing a property.
It’s about helping you feel steady while everything around you is changing.
Because behind every move is a life in transition — and that deserves understanding, care, and thoughtful guidance.
This is the perspective I bring to every relocation I manage.
